I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, or a major life transition, my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership, managing teams across multiple countries and helping people navigate challenges, growth, and change. While I enjoyed that work, I found myself drawn to the deeper human side of every conversation. I realized that what I loved most was connecting with people, listening to their stories, and helping them discover strengths they often didn't realize they had.
